Masquerade

I have been working behind the scenes trying to improve my photography and learning so much about business.  Now I realize how far I still have to go to be successful but I am making progress.  Isn't  it funny how the more you learn you see how little you know :)  These are a few examples of my most recent photoshoot with my daughter and son in law.  Don't they make a gorgeous couple!!  Love them both.

Happy Valentines Day

I'm trying to learn how Pinterest works...I really need to get some boards going.  Anyway,  I wasn't able to pin the photo from facebook to my boards so I'm trying to post it here and then pin it.  So here are my valentine cupcakes again:)

Vacation

We just arrived home this evening after a wonderful vacation in Pensacola and I really wanted to share some of my favorite photos with all of you!! We always look forward to eating at Felix's Fish Camp Restaurant in Mobile, Alabama.
Scott and Aaron posing outside of Felix's.
Natalie posing during our mini golf game.
Scott showing us he got a hole in one!

The kids posing at Surf Burger, a restaurant right on Quiet Water Beach.
Here the kids had just boarded the boat for their parasailing ride.
Natalie during our photoshoot on the beach one evening.
 Katie during our first photoshoot.

We found this lookout tower at Fort Pickens and the kids climbed up, then decided it was way higher than they anticipated!
 In the Gulf.
This was the last family photo we took.  The kids wanted a funny shot.  I had the camera on a tripod and used the self timer.  Which was a great idea, but still didn't give me much time to run to my spot and get ready.  I didn't have enough time to think of a funny pose :)
Then we took some Senior Photos of Aaron.  I'm very happy with some of these..

Now it's Katie's turn.  Natalie picked out the dress for Katie and it's a great color on her!

Natalie modeled next, hoping for the perfect new profile photo for facebook!

I have my camera back!!

I didn't realize how much I would miss my camera until it the mirror fell off a few weeks ago and I have missed taking photos more than I ever thought I would.  My camera was returned to me yesterday and today my daughter and I spent an hour taking photos of her in the park.  These were some of my favorites.....

Senior Portrait Session

My son and nephew were kind enough to allow me to take some photos this spring.  Aaron wants his senior photos to be an authentic representation of his true farmers heart.
